Come to this workshop and take home practical strategies to save money on your weekly grocery shop, cook healthy meals for the people you love, avoid food waste, and take control of your health and happiness.

Being thrifty in the kitchen can save you money and time, so come along and take yourself to a new level.

Dr Jane Genovese delivers interactive workshops and presentations on a range of sustainable living topics, such as: the ancient art of thrift, the waste-free kitchen, cultivating sustainable happiness, the science of behaviour change, creating sustainable habits and more.
