A place to connect with like-minded women to learn ways to relax the mind & restore the spirit. Many
women are searching for different and deeper ways to connect. Women’s circles provide a space where women can come together to celebrate their strengths, share their stories & find a sense of belonging and community that is often missing in our individualistic society.
Over the 6 weeks we will be using a blend of scientifically proven methods & holistic healing wisdom practices to learn ways to access inner peace in everyday life.
• Learn quick & easy ways to "switch off the mind".
• Learn ways to calm and ground yourself daily, helping to reduce stress, tension and anxiety, and increasing energy.
• Meditation & grounding practices each week.
• Journalling for a healthy mindset.
• Manifesting goals.
• Nurturing the mind-body connection.
• Visualisation techniques
• An introduction to flower essences – natures emotional healing elixirs. Receive a personally diagnosed remedy.
Participants need to be over 18 years. You can attend individual classes although it is preferred that you attend each week. There will be a different theme each week, however, to get the most out of this women’s circle the first few sessions include techniques that are helpful for ongoing sessions.
To ensure you are booked into each session, participants can book every date in the 6-week program. All the booking windows are open.
