A Literary Salon with Paul Grace

Wednesday 14th January 2026

Join us for an evening with Perth author Paul Grace, presenting his acclaimed debut book Operation Hurricane: The Story of Britain’s First Atomic Test and the Legacy That Remains. Drawing on extensive research and a deeply personal family connection- his grandfather served in the RAAF during the Montebello Islands tests- Grace offers a compelling Australian perspective on an event long overshadowed by British accounts.

The talk will run for approximately 45-50 minutes, followed by an audience Q&A, and the opportunity to chat with the author.

Books will be available for purchase on the night ($34.99 RRP), with signing to follow.

Enjoy refreshments, good company, and thoughtful conversation at this special literary salon.
