Due to the popularity of our Pick and Drop service we have split Bassendean into two!
The A side now has Thursday Deliveries and the B side Friday.
How Does it work?
Patrons choose a maximum of 10 items ( a mixture of books, audio books and dvds)
Patrons access their Bassendean Library online account, and choose the items they wish to borrow. Please note that only items that are flagged as available can be borrowed. Available items will be issued to a patron’s account.
The chosen 10 items will be delivered once staff have called to confirm delivery address, day of delivery and any special delivery details or will leave a message for you to confirm these before delivery.
Please note any requests received after Wednesday will fall into the next weeks delivery.
Our delivery will involve staff dropping off the items in a safe place, close to the front door. Due to health concerns, staff will not be knocking on doors to alert home owners.
Items can also be returned when we deliver if they are left out in a bag. If patrons wish to extend the loan of items, please use your online account or, phone the library.
