Learn to make these delightful, recycled Christmas Decorations with our presenter Rowan. Using second-hand materials, Rowan will teach you how to curl and shape, ornament and twine. Ideal for the Christmas tree or to hang above a door or alcove. Time to put your festive cheer on and join us at the library for a Noel experience.
