As part of the National Trust Heritage Festival, members of the Bassendean Historical Society Inc will be opening the Pensioner Guard Cottage…. Open from 10.00am - 1.30pm

It is the last remaining cottage in the metropolitan area available for members of the public to visit and see how an Enrolled Pensioner Guard family lived c1856.
Owned by the Town of Bassendean since 1988, it is opened on the last Sunday of each month (February to November) by the volunteer members of the Bassendean Historical Society Inc
